Once the last American C-17 troop carrier left Kabul International airport on August 30th, Al Fadi had Jay come on his show to do a recap of the fall of Afghanistan to the Talibun, asking Jay to give his audience an overview of the history of the Taliban, where they came from, what they believed, and how they were able to humiliate the most powerful military on earth in just 10 days.
He then asked Jay into look to the future of this poor desperate country, and see what we should expect, a task no one can easily do at this juncture in time.
Nonetheless, watch this hour episode and decide whether you agree with Jay or not, and whether indeed the Taliban are different from all the other radical Islamic groups which seem to be popping up all over the Muslim world.
