Quranic Dilemma Ep. 4 The Inspiration of the Bible
There is a gulf between what most Muslims believe and what the Quran actually says. Islamic scholars and teachers tell their followers that the Bible is corrupted and ignore the Quranic passages that say the opposite.
Quran 6:114-115; 18:27 support the claim that no one can change the words of Allah. Sam shares numerous references from the Haddith that support this Islamic doctrine.
The Bible is the Word of Allah that the Quran came to confirm.
The Quran clearly teaches that these scriptures were from Allah, but because they contradict many of the teachings of the Quran, they must claim that the Jewish and Christian writings have been corrupted since the time they were given.
Muslims repeatedly claim that the Bible is corrupt and therefore cannot be trusted as a authority to evaluate the teachings of the Quran. Al Fadi, David Wood, and Sam Shamoun show that the Quran itself affirms the inspiration, authority and preservation of the Jewish and Christian scriptures.
